We don’t track hours, charge separately for new services, or leave it up to you to implement our recommendations. Full-service to us means being an extension of your Human Resources department by assisting employees directly with claims or benefit questions, building custom benefit websites for your employees to obtain information about their plans, preparing and presenting open enrollment materials, and volunteering to assist when new challenges arise.

However, we understand that outstanding service isn’t enough when it comes to managing your bottom line. We pride ourselves on working with our clients to develop long-term strategic plans with our “outside the box” philosophy. We meet regularly with our clients to monitor their plan performance, discuss opportunities and hurdles associated with industry and legislative changes, evaluate alternative options and paths to achieving their goals and plan for the annual renewal and Request for Proposal process.
